STAMFORD - The third annual holiday boat parade of lighted and decorated vessels will float through Stamford Harbor at 5:30 p.m. Saturday in the East branch at Czescik Marina. The boats will head toward Stamford Yacht Club, ending on the West Branch of the harbor at the Crabshell restaurant.
